The ASAP Order Form is linked directly to our online secure shopping cart system which will allow you to place your order, provide shipping information and select from a variety of payment options.

How Can I Quit?

Quitting is easy! You can end the program whenever you want - just contact us - call, write, or email. If you tell us before your next shipment - no problem. If we have shipped your product and you want to quit, just refuse the order and it will be returned to us. Please note that we do not refund S&H charges on returns.
