Auto-Ship/Subscription is a special program for Kokoro customers that offers discounted Kokoro products. By enrolling, you will automatically receive a new shipment of any products associated with your Auto-Ship/Subscription account every few weeks, at a frequency specified by you.

How Do I Enroll?
- Go to the page of your favorite Kokoro product
- Click the "Choose Auto-Ship" button in the product
- Choose how often you'd like to receive your product
- You're done! The product will be added to your cart and you will automatically begin to receive your new shipments at the frequency you specified
How Can I Change or Cancel My Enrollment?
Making changes to your Auto-Ship/Subscription is easy! You can tweak your shipping frequency or leave the program whenever you'd like, without penalty. Just log-in to your online account and make whatever changes you need.
If you'd like personal help, feel free to contact us by phone, mail or email. If you tell us before your next shipment then everything will be taken care of right then! If we have already shipped your product and you'd like to cancel enrollment, just refuse the delivery and it will be returned to us. Please note that we do not refund shipping and handling charges on returns.
Are There Any Conditions for Enrolling?
Only one: All orders must be placed with a credit or debit card. The system is automated so we are unable to accommodate other forms of payment.
