Retail Customers

You may return any item purchased from Kokoro® for any reason within sixty (60) days of purchase. For all orders, the product ship date is the date of purchase. You will receive a full refund for returned items in the original form of payment.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. In some areas, returns are permissible by writing "Refused" on the unopened package. If you must re-package your return, you must carefully package the product. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we must physically receive the return within the 60 day period. Kokoro® reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.
